What is the 30 day workout challenge?

In this program you will be put into a group of up to 10 people, based on your current fitness levels, your personal ability, location, fitness goals and whether you want to do the shorter 30 day workout challenge or the full 3 month workout challenge. Each group will then have an introductory call with me, where you will meet me and your group, the guys and gals that will be holding your hand every step of the way.

As the program commences I will send the group a schedule of weekly exercises: some of those will be LIVE workouts with me, others will be pre-recorded exercises curated especially for your groups goals. Each group will have a bi-weekly conference call with me where we will check-in with one another, as well as instant messaging groups for daily contact.

Can you transform your body in 4 weeks?

Following the program consistently over the 30 days will help you sculpt a lean physique, while building muscle, giving you a noticeably stronger and more toned body. Sassy’s selection of workouts are also designed to improve posture and flexibility, resulting in more energy on a daily basis, connecting your mind and body, and giving you a range of movements and exercises to complete for years to come.
