What is the core in 4 challenge?I’ve created a 4 week timetable to take you through the exercises one step at a time. We will end every 6 days of exercise with a stretch session to help you reset and rejuvenate — and keep you moving before the next week of the challenge kicks in.
The exercises are all designed for a stronger core and toned abs, but don't expect to perform crunches and sit ups for 30 days! A strong core goes beyond the abdominals. We'll be incorporating lots of leg training, focusing on our hamstrings and inner thighs, as well as weighted arm workouts. All of these require engagement with a sturdy core for best performance.
How does it work?Each week is broken down into 6 days (the 7th is your stretch and reset day). Every day, you’ll find the links to either one full body workout or a workout mix, combining shorter workouts to make up a complete workout sequence. All you’ll need to do is follow the link to stream the workout.
Additionally, you can print out the convenient monthly itinerary and tick off each day as you go to help you stay on track and monitor your progress. As soon as you've downloaded the challenge, you have complete ownership of it — it’s yours to return to again and again.

How long does it take to get abs?This is determined by several factors and depends on your body fat percentage, nutrition, and exercise routines. Although, if you give the next month your wholehearted commitment you will see fantastic results. Following the program consistently over the 30 days will help you sculpt a lean physique, while building muscle — giving you a noticeably stronger and more toned body.
What other benefits can I expect?My selection of workouts are also designed to improve posture and flexibility, giving you more energy on a daily basis, connecting your mind and body, and providing you with a range of movements and exercises to complete for years to come.
Do I need any equipment?Yes, you will need some basic equipment, including a non-slip workout mat, a set of hand weights (I use 1kg), plus a heavier pair of dumbbells. Don’t worry if you don’t have any: you can use tin cans or water bottles as a replacement. You will also require a high back chair (to act as a makeshift barre).
Do I need to be a subscriber to view the videos?No, you don't need to have a subscription to view these workout videos. It's a one-off purchase with lifetime access.
