Is it effective to work out at home?

Where you choose to work out doesn’t have much of an impact on how effective your workout is. However, if you choose to exercise at home, you might need to put in extra time and effort to get the same results as you would in a gym. This is because you might not have all the equipment you’re used to in a gym setting. However, Sassy has tailored her workouts to be completed from home easily, so you won’t have to worry about buying any equipment — all you need is yourself and a yoga mat.

How do I follow along with Sassy?

To follow Sassy’s workouts, just sign up to the class of your choice, and make sure you have Zoom downloaded on your laptop or tablet. Once you’ve signed up for the class, you’ll be emailed a link to the live Zoom class to follow along with.

Is ballet a good workout?
