Meet the Founders

Saskia Gregson-Williams and Indiana Woodward are best friends, and the two founders of Grace and Form. With their individual backgrounds and shared passion for ballet and fitness, they have come together to create a unique and transformative movement experience.

Indiana Woodward, born in Paris, France, discovered her love for dance at a young age. At the age of ten, she began her formal dance training at the Yuri Grigoriev School of Ballet in Venice, California where she met Saskia. Her talent and dedication led her to the prestigious School of American Ballet (SAB), the official school of New York City Ballet. In August 2012, she became an apprentice with NYCB and officially joined the Company as a member of the corps de ballet in December 2012. Over the years, Indiana's skill and artistry propelled her career, and she was promoted to the rank of soloist dancer in February 2017, and ultimately to principal dancer in October 2021. Indiana is world renowned ballet dancer and teacher.

Saskia Gregson-Williams is a professionally trained ballerina and personal trainer. Alongside her dance training, Saskia has always been passionate about health and wellbeing. She founded the award-winning online Health & Fitness website Naturally Sassy and released her debut cookbook published by Penguin-Random House in 2015. Saskia's journey with fitness took an interesting turn when she experienced a recurring injury in ballet that led her to explore new ways of training. This inspired her to create Ballet Blast, a powerful program for her own recovery. Combining her classical ballet background with strength and cardio work, Saskia started developing routines that yielded incredible physical results. As she shared her method with friends, colleagues, and clients from diverse backgrounds and goals, the popularity of Ballet Blast grew and blossomed into the launch of the Naturally Sassy Studio, and now Grace and Form.

With an unwavering bond from age of 7, Saskia and Indiana’s friendship has formed the foundation for their collaboration in founding Grace and Form. Together, they have harnessed their expertise and experiences in ballet, fitness, and wellness to create a program that offers a unique blend of grace, strength, and mindset transformation.

Through Grace and Form, Saskia and Indiana strive to empower individuals of all backgrounds to develop a deeper appreciation for the beauty and benefits of movement and, in turn, their bodies.
