Every month, Sassy designs a brand new full body workout plan for you to complete, ensuring you never get bored of the routines.

Optional Program Add-Ons

In addition to the core features of the Ballet Blast package, you can also enjoy unlimited access to Sassy’s stretching program for a one-off fee. This is an important part of any weekly full body workout routine as the sequences have been devised to prevent injury, ease tight and sore muscles, and speed up your recovery. Performing the right stretches helps you achieve faster physical results and improve your flexibility, posture, and range of motion.

Another optional add-on is the 28-day sculpt plan, a downloadable members-only e-book full of routines that are linked to 40-60 minute workout videos from Sassy’s online studio. Nutrition is a key part of this program and the e-book also contains over 30 exclusive recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, and tips and tricks to instil long-term healthy eating habits.

Accessible Online Workouts Anywhere, Anytime

The Naturally Sassy online studio is designed to make your training as accessible as possible. Everything is streamed directly to your device so you can get fit wherever you are. What’s more, 10-15 minute targeted workout videos mean you can exercise even when you’re short on time, and allows you to combine content to create a powerful and personalised program.

Full body workout program faqs

What is a full body workout?

Unlike some exercise routines that isolate one muscle group at a time, a full body workout requires you to use all of your muscles to complete the session. A full body workout program is one of the best ways to build strength as it ensures every muscle group is being targeted, making it a very efficient training regime.

How often should you do a full body workout?

If you’re doing an intensive workout using heavy weights, it’s recommended you do no more than three sessions a week so your body has time to recover. However, as Ballet Blast relies exclusively on the body’s resistance to sculpt and tone, these exercises are far less likely to damage your muscles. This means you can complete six full body workouts a week and have one day for rest to reap the full benefits, without risking injury.

What are the benefits of ballet and barre workout videos?

Many fitness classes may feel like you’re clenching and shortening your body in order to feel the effects, but ballet and barre workout classes are the exact opposite. Instead, these routines lengthen the muscles through working and stretching, targeting specific groups that are often neglected in other workouts. A focus on form, alignment, and posture strengthens the core, while helping tone the body without adding bulk, increases metabolism to burn calories quicker, and improves bone density to prevent injury and health conditions like osteoporosis.
